We are registered as a CIDB G7 Contractor and are certified by Moody International with ISO 9001 :2008 scope of Provision of Building Construction and Civil Engineering Works and also Project Management for Mechanical and Electrical Works.

After its inception in 1992, the company’s has grown into one of Malaysia’s full services construction company, providing total project management services. Whilst still managed by the original founding team it has also groomed many capable leaders and aspiring students in the industry through industrial training and investment in human capital

Throughout the decades it has participated and completed many industrial factories, shop lots throughout Malaysia, managed mixed development project in Semenyih and constructed many place of worship.

JCA Trading Sdn Bhd

Founded in 1998 as a premium gift & stationaries trader, JCA Trading triumphed against the challenges of times to be a reputable supplier of housewares and bath accessories to hypermarkets and departmental stores such as Tesco Malaysia, Aeon Co. (M) Bhd and Parkson

Group among others. Despite the diversification, it remains as an active sole distributor for one of the renowned Japanese brand photo album manufacturer i.e. NCL Nakabayashi.

In light of its aim of future growth and development, it have stared to venture in running and managing its own mart called “Kedia Serbaneka IKI”

JCA Trading Sdn Bhd has also developed a house brand called IKI

JCA Resources Sdn Bhd (formerly known as JCA Marketing Sdn Bhd)

Established in 2000 as JCA Marketing, it have accelerated as one of the more reliable supplier in building and construction industry for its associated company and other renowned construction companies

It holds several dealership such as cement, rounded steel bar, wire mesh and many other building materials, Recently, under a process of re-engineering the operative section of JCA marketing is absorbed by JCA Builders (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This process of streamlining allows JCA Resources Sdn hd focus more on property development & real estate investment.

JCA Resources will function to identify & provide mixed development projects for its associated company, JCA Builders (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Established in 2000, JCA (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is an investment arms which overseas and manages all property stocks, commodities and fund investment of the company.

In line with its commitment towards excellent service and professionalism standards, the company has a specially trained team and a developed network to maintain a competitive edge in all its service lines.
